HOW do customers return items?
For items bought via an account and delivered we will fill in a return slip. For other items you can contact us to arrange return.
SHIPPING for returns?
Customer will pay for shipping return items. If you are unsure if you are ordering the correct item please check description for dimensions and give us a call / email if still unsure, we want to make sure you are ordering the right product.
CREDIT for returns?
Credit note will be applied for account holders or refund as per payment method for non account holders.
A 10% re stocking fee will apply for returns when you have placed an order and ignored our shipping options (these are selected at checkout and clearly labeled)
