Join us in our Bunbury store for our 'Beginners Mudcake Hacks Makeover with Edible Images Cake Decorating Class'

This class is designed for those that want a quick and effective cake for birthdays or celebrations, you will be guided on how to turn 2 x woolies mudcakes into a stunning cake with the addition of icing, sprinkles and an edible image. 

Basic info : 9.20 am arrival for a 9.30 am start on Monday 9th June 2025.  Allow around  2  hours. No baking involved. Take home your work of art = 1 x cake and newfound knowledge

On arrival we will have your work station set up with all the tools you need to decorate.

Jennie will be sharing her techniques, tips and hints through the class.

Edible Image - let us know what you would like. Some flowers? a character? your family? We will print and cut it ready for your use.

Buttercream / Colours - We will match the colours to your image, you'll mix them with buttercream to create the shade perfect for your creation before applying to your cake.

Piping techniques -  How to fill a piping bag like a pro - the mess free way. Jennie will show you a variety of piping techniques to add the details to your cake.

Decorating - We finish off with sprinkles and glitter spray. 

Jennie is a self taught baker and cake decorator with a wealth of knowledge and enthusiam. Her passion is in the detail and many hours are enjoyed decorating cupcakes and cakes. She is one of our regular teachers offering a variety of classes. 

You will leave this class feeling confident about your newfound knowledge that can be used on future decorating for cakes and cupcakes.

Important Info:

• Bookings are essential
• Images used are our inspiration guide. Colours and patterns will vary!
• Please bring a water bottle and wear closed in shoes.
• Long hair to be tied back.
• An apron will be supplied.
• This class is suitable for ages 14 - 80 years (If your teenager is booking and you would like to stay please let me know when making the booking as we will need to accommodate extra space)
• Our venue is approved by the Bunbury City Council for classes
• Classes are held at 3/7 Hennessy Rd (our Bunbury store)
• Full Payment is required to secure your place
• If you need to cancel, we will hold a credit for a future class if cancelled earlier than 3 weeks before the class
• If cancellation is within 3 weeks all monies will be forfeited
• If we need to cancel due to lack of numbers or illness we will provide a full refund.
