Join us in our Bunbury store for our 'Gingerbread Cookies with Royal Icing accents Decorating Class'

Basic info : 9.20 am arrival for a 9.30 am start on Saturday 29th November 2025.  Allow  1 .5 -2 hours. No baking involved. Take home your work of art = 6 cookies and newfound knowledge

On arrival we will have your work station set up with all the tools you need to decorate 6 cookies.

Jennie will be sharing her techniques, tips and hints through the class. This is the perfect class to learn buttercream piping.

Royal Icing - We will be using the over the top royal icing to decorate our gingerbread cookies 

Piping techniques -  We will run through the differences when piping with royal icing vs buttercream and how to achieve the perfect accent

Decorating - Elevate your cupcakes to the next level with the addition of sprinkles and glitter spray.

Jennie is self taught baker and cake decorator with a wealth of knowledge and enthusiam. Her passion is in the detail and many hours are enjoyed decorating cupcakes and cakes. She is one of our regular teachers offering a variety of classes and works in the shop as well.

You will leave this class feeling confident about your newfound knowledge that can be used on future decorating for cakes and cupcakes.

Important Info:

• Images used are our inspiration guide. Colours and patterns will vary!
• Please bring a water bottle and wear closed in shoes.
• Long hair to be tied back.
• An apron will be supplied.
• This class is suitable for all ages 
• Our venue is approved by the Bunbury City Council for classes
• Classes are held at 3/7 Hennessy Rd (our Bunbury store)
• Full Payment is required to secure your place
• If you need to cancel, we will hold a credit for a future class if cancelled earlier than 3 weeks before the class
• If cancellation is within 3 weeks all monies will be forfeited
• If we need to cancel due to lack of numbers or illness we will provide a full refund.
