Join us in our Bunbury store for our ‘ Slab to Fab Cake Decorating Class '

Basic info: 9.20 am arrival on Wednesday 18^th  June 2025. Allow 1.5 hours. No baking involved. Take home your work of art 1 x slab cake

Description:

Join us for an exclusive cake decorating class where you'll learn to use a selection of piping tips to create stunning patterns onto a slab cake. 

This class is part of our 'Piping 'series.

Class Highlights:

• Colour Blending Techniques: Discover how to blend buttercream in vibrant shades of your choice to achieve a stunning gradient effect.
• Piping Mastery: Learn various piping techniques to create intricate designs on the top of your cake, adding depth and texture. We will practise on baking paper to get into the rhythm!
• Decorating: Learn the best way to create stand out piping patterns, smaller patterns and filler pieces. We will add some pre made edible chocolate pieces to finish off the decorating.
• Tips and Tricks: These will be shared throughout the class.

This is a design that can be re-created in various themes for future cupcakes and cake decorating. Not just slab cakes. 

Important Info:

• Please bring a water bottle and wear closed in shoes.
• Long hair to be tied back.
• An apron will be supplied.
• This class is suitable for ages 18 - 80 years 
• Our venue is approved by the Bunbury City Council for classes
• Classes are held at 3/7 Hennessy Rd (our Bunbury store)
• Full Payment is required to secure your place
• If you need to cancel, we will hold a credit for a future class if cancelled earlier than 3 weeks before the class
• If cancellation is within 3 weeks all monies will be forfeited
• If we need to cancel due to lack of numbers or illness we will provide a full refund.
